The Briarwood Christian Lions volleyball team (Birmingham, AL), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Montgomery Catholic Knights (Montgomery, AL)

The Knights (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Pike Road (Pike Road, AL). The Patriots enter the non-league challenge with a 12-2 record. In their last challenge, Pike Road nipped Oxford (Oxford, AL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
