September 9, 2023: Albuquerque, NM 87112 Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM), 3-2 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Monarchs battle the Portales Rams (Portales, NM) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 9. Manzano will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Rams come into the match with a 3-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM).
With the loss, Clovis drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Thoreau (Thoreau, NM) to battle the Hawks in a non-league match on Saturday, September 9. The Hawks come into the match with a record of 1-1. Thoreau won 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM)
