In Saturday's non-league contest, the Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Saugus Centurions (Saugus, CA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Griffins face the Orange Lutheran Lancers (Orange, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 9. Los Alamitos will attempt to better on its 18-2 season record. The Lancers go into the contest with a 10-7 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Centennial (Corona, CA).
