September 9, 2023: Columbus, MS 39702 The Saltillo Tigers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host New Hope Trojans to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Tigers now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kossuth for a non-league game on Saturday, September 9. Saltillo will meet a Aggies team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Alcorn Central (Glen, MS). The Aggies record now stands at 12-6.
The Trojans (11-11) will now prepare for their game against Hamilton (Hamilton, AL). The Aggies enter the non-league game with a 9-3 record. In their last game, Hamilton gained a win over South Lamar (Millport, AL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
