September 9, 2024: Burnt Hills, NY 12027 Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans (Burnt Hills, NY) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Schenectady Patriots (Schenectady, NY), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Spartans host Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY) to face the Eagles in a Suburban Council test on Wednesday, September 11. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Patriots now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Christian Brothers Academy for a Suburban Council test on Wednesday, September 11. Schenectady will face a Brothers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Colonie Central (Albany, NY). The Brothers record now stands at 0-1.
