Kentucky High School Football - Trigg County tops Christian County
September 9, 2024: Hopkinsville, KY 42240 The Trigg County Wildcats football squad scored 18 points and limited the host Christian County Colonels to 10 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.
The Wildcats now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Madisonville-North Hopkins for a non-league test on Monday, September 16. Trigg County will meet a Maroons squad coming off a 43-6 non-league win over Union County (Morganfield, KY). The Maroons record now stands at 2-0.
With the defeat, Christian County drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to Hopkins County Central (Madisonville, KY) to meet the Storm in a non-league test on Monday, September 16.
