September 9, 2024: Cassville, MO 65625 Willard Tigers (Willard, MO) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Cassville Wildcats (Cassville, MO), 4-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Willard moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Tigers host Hillcrest (Springfield, MO) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 3-3. Hillcrest lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against McDonald County (Anderson, MO)
Next up, the Wildcats battle the Lighthouse Christian Chargers (Springfield, MO) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 10. Cassville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Chargers enter the battle with a 3-0 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Rolla HomeSchool (Rolla, MO).
