With the win, Canutillo improves its record to 8-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Austin (El Paso, TX) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 3-9. Austin lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Jefferson (El Paso, TX)
Next, the Desert Warriors battle the Gadsden Panthers (Anthony, NM) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 16. Santa Teresa will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
