Colorado High School Flag Football - Mullen wallops Evergreen

September 9, 2025: Denver, CO 80236

The Mullen Mustangs flag football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Evergreen Cougars to 0 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now hold a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rock Canyon for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. Mullen will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 28-7 league win over Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Jaguars record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Evergreen drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Standley Lake (Westminster, CO) to meet the Gators in a 4A Jeffco test on Saturday, September 13. The Gators come into the test with a record of 3-2. Standley Lake won 26-13 in their recent league test against Bear Creek (Lakewood, CO)
