September 9, 2025: Winchester, VA 22603 The James Wood Colonels (Winchester, VA) football tipped the visiting Culpeper County Blue Devils (Culpeper, VA), 30-29 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
The Colonels now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sherando for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 16.
With the defeat, Culpeper County drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Spotsylvania (Spotsylvania, VA) to encounter the Knights in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 24. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-1.
