September 9, 2025: Deerfield, IL 60015 Maine West Warriors (Des Plaines, IL) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the host Deerfield Warriors (Deerfield, IL), 2-0 in a non-league outing.
The Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 0-2 record.
Next up, the Warriors confront the Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, September 10. Deerfield will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
