September 9, 2025: Santa Fe, NM 87505 The St. Pius X Sartans soccer squad scored 5 points and held the host Santa Fe Demons to 1 in the Sartans non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Sartans now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Albuquerque Academy for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 10. St. Pius X will play a Chargers squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM). The Chargers record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Santa Fe drops to 2-3 on the season. The Demons travel to Sandia Prep (Albuquerque, NM) to face the Sundevils in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 16.
