With the win, Chewelah advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cougars host Northport (Northport, WA) to face the Mustangs in a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Dragons now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rogers for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 11.
