September 9, 2025: Atherton, CA 94027 The Menlo-Atherton Bears volleyball squad (Atherton, CA), was edged 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Sacred Heart Prep Gators (Atherton, CA)
With the win, Sacred Heart Prep upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Gators host Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league contest on Wednesday, September 17. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 0-1.
The Bears now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Half Moon Bay for a test on Thursday, September 11. Menlo-Atherton will face a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
