Ohio High School Soccer - Grove City knocks off Groveport-Madison
September 9, 2025: Grove City, OH 43123 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Grove City Greyhounds soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 win over the Groveport-Madison Cruisers.
The Greyhounds (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against New Albany (New Albany, OH). The Eagles enter the Ohio Capital - Ohio outing with a 7-0 record. In their last outing, New Albany tipped Dublin Jerome (Dublin, OH), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Cruisers now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Teays Valley for a Ohio Capital - Buckeye test on Thursday, September 11. Groveport-Madison will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Bloom-Carroll (Carroll, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 5-3.
