In Tuesday's league outing, the host Palisades Pirates soccer squad scored a tight 5-2 victory over the Salisbury Township Falcons.

The Pirates (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Moravian Academy (Bethlehem, PA). The Lions come into the Colonial test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Moravian Academy edged Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA), 6-1, in a league test.

The Falcons now have a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Jim Thorpe for a Colonial test on Wednesday, September 10. Salisbury Township will clash with a Olympians team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over North Schuylkill (Ashland, PA). The Olympians record now stands at 5-1.
