In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Andover Trojans volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Salina Central Mustangs.

The Trojans (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against East (Wichita, KS). The Aces come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, East edged West (Wichita, KS), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next up, the Mustangs face the St. Marys Bears (St. Marys, KS) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 13. Salina Central will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record. The Bears go into the game with a 0-11 record after their 2-0 league loss to Rossville (Rossville, KS).
