California High School Volleyball - Archbishop Mitty over Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory
September 9, 2025: San Francisco, CA 94109 In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Archbishop Mitty Monarchs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory Fightin' Irish.
The Monarchs (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco, CA). The Wildcats come into the West Catholic challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, St. Ignatius College Preparatory beat Redwood (Larkspur, CA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
Next up, the Fightin' Irish face the Washington Eagles (San Francisco, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 13. Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Balboa (San Francisco, CA).
