In Tuesday's non-league match, the Central Lions (Carrollton, GA) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Temple Tigers (Temple, GA), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Lions battle the Heritage Hawks (Newnan, GA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 11. Central will attempt to better on its 17-5 season record. The Hawks come into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Heritage Preparatory (Atlanta, GA).
