In Tuesday's non-league match, the Union City Bears (Union City, PA) volleyball team knocked off the host Eisenhower Knights (Russell, PA), by a margin of 3-1.

The Bears now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Jamestown for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 11. Union City will clash with a Muskies team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Grove City (Grove City, PA). The Muskies record now stands at 0-4.
