Michigan High School Volleyball - Hastings bounced by Hopkins
September 9, 2025: Hastings, MI 49058 Hopkins Vikings (Hopkins, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Hastings Saxons (Hastings, MI), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Vikings (11-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Belding (Belding, MI). The Black Knights come into the Ottawa-Kent - Silver challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Belding beat Tri County Area (Howard City, MI), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next up, the Saxons face the Harper Creek Beavers (Battle Creek, MI) in a Inner State game, on Wednesday, September 17. Hastings will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Beavers come into the outing with a 8-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Northwest (Jackson, MI).
