South Carolina High School Volleyball - Sandhills overwhelmed by Jefferson Davis Academy

September 9, 2025: Columbia, SC 29209

Jefferson Davis Academy Raiders (Blackville, SC) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host Sandhills Bucks (Columbia, SC), 3-0 in a league outing.

The Raiders now have a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Mead Hall Episcopal School for a SCISA A Region I outing on Wednesday, September 10. Jefferson Davis Academy will play a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to King Academy (Batesburg, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 1-4.

The Bucks (0-3) will now prepare for their game against South Aiken Baptist Christian (Aiken, SC). The CRUSADERS go into the SCISA A Region I game with a 6-6 record. In their last game, South Aiken Baptist Christian gained a win over King Academy (Batesburg, SC), 3-1, in a non-league game.
