The Poquoson Islanders volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Lafayette Rams to 0 in the Islanders league triumph on Tuesday.

The Islanders now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Jamestown for a Bay Rivers outing on Friday, September 12. Poquoson will play a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Bruton (Williamsburg, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.
