South Dakota High School Volleyball - Lead-Deadwood over Oelrichs
September 9, 2025: Lead, SD 57754 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers (Lead, SD) and the visiting Oelrichs Tigers (Oelrichs, SD), observed Lead-Deadwood's volleyball team top Oelrichs by a count of 3-0.
The Golddiggers (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Custer (Custer, SD). The Wildcats enter the A Region 8 contest with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Custer dropped by Sturgis Brown (Sturgis, SD), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
The Tigers now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newell for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 11. Oelrichs will encounter a Irrigators squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Custer (Custer, SD). The Irrigators record now stands at 1-4.
