Wimberley Texans (Wimberley, TX) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Poth Pirates (Poth, TX), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Wimberley advances its record to 28-5 on the season. The Texans host Cuero (Cuero, TX) to face the Gobblers in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Gobblers go into the test with a record of 16-14. Cuero lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against St. Joseph (Victoria, TX)

The Pirates now sport a 14-12 record. They play next when they travel to Shiner for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. Poth will play a Comanches team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over St. Paul (Shiner, TX). The Comanches record now stands at 15-11.
