West Elk Patriots (Howard, KS) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Sedan Devils (Sedan, KS), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, West Elk advances its record to 1-7 on the season. The Patriots host Central (Burden, KS) to face the Raiders in a South Central Border test on Tuesday, September 9. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 4-3. Central lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Douglass (Douglass, KS)

The Devils now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Caney Valley for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Sedan will face a Bullpups squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Field Kindley (Coffeyville, KS). The Bullpups record now stands at 3-3.
