Kentucky High School Volleyball - Woodford County bounced by Trinity Christian Academy
September 9, 2025: Versailles, KY 40383 Trinity Christian Academy Titans (Lexington, KY) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Woodford County Yellowjackets (Versailles, KY), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Trinity Christian Academy improves its record to 9-1 on the season. The Titans travel to Pulaski County (Somerset, KY) to meet the Maroons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 11. The Maroons enter the challenge with a record of 7-1. Pulaski County won 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Rockcastle County (Mt. Vernon, KY)
Next, the Yellowjackets meet the Anderson County Bearcats (Lawrenceburg, KY) in a District 30 challenge, on Thursday, September 11. Woodford County will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Bearcats go into the test with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Western Hills (Frankfort, KY).
