The Valley Christian Lions thwarted the host Harker Eagles football team by a count of 32-18 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Valley Christian upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Harbor (Santa Cruz, CA) to encounter the Pirates in a non-league outing on Friday, September 17. The Pirates go into the outing with a record of 2-1. Harbor lost 42-0 in their recent non-league outing against Soquel (Soquel, CA)

With the loss, Harker moves to 1-2 on the season. The Eagles host Crystal Springs Uplands (Hillsborough, CA) to encounter the Gryphons in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 23. The Gryphons go into the outing with a record of 1-1.
