September 10, 2021: Onida, SD 57564 In Friday's non-league game, the Stanley County Buffalos (Fort Pierre, SD) football team were victorious over the host Sully Buttes Chargers (Onida, SD), by a score of 26-14.
The Buffalos (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD). The Battlers come into the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] knocked off Hitchcock-Tulare (Hitchcock, SD), 44-38, in a non-league game.
The Chargers now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sunshine Bible Academy for a 9-Man Freelance (9 Man) game on Friday, September 17. Sully Buttes will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 62-6 non-league loss to Herreid/Selby (Herreid, SD). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-4.
