New York High School Football - Moore Catholic topples Fordham Prep
September 10, 2022: Bronx, NY 10458 The Moore Catholic Mavericks (Staten Island, NY) football defeated the host Fordham Prep Rams (Bronx, NY), 34-18 in Saturday's league bout.
In their next game, the Mavericks face the St. Francis Prep Terriers (Fresh Meadows, NY) in a bout, on Saturday, September 17. Moore Catholic will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
The Rams (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against St. Peter's (Staten Island, NY). The Eagles enter the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, St. Peter's lost by St. Joseph-by-the-Sea (Staten Island, NY), 35-6, in a non-league bout.
