The Lamar Thunder (Lamar, CO) softball the host Palmer Ridge Bears (Monument, CO), 4-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Thunder (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Canon City (Canon City, CO). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Canon City nipped Sand Creek (Colorado Springs, CO), 6-4, in a non-league contest.
