In Saturday's league battle, the host Bellevue East Chieftains volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Omaha Central Eagles.

The Chieftains (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Concordia (Omaha, NE). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 4-7 record. In their last battle, Concordia nudged Omaha South (Omaha, NE), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
