September 10, 2022: Horse Cave, KY 42749 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Caverna Colonels (Horse Cave, KY) and the visiting Burgin Bulldogs (Burgin, KY), saw Caverna's volleyball squad beat Burgin by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Caverna upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The Colonels host Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Monday, September 12. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Metcalfe County won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Hart County (Munfordville, KY)
The Bulldogs now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Frankfort for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 29.
