The Empire Ravens volleyball team (Tucson, AZ), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Scottsdale Preparatory Academy Spartans (Scottsdale, AZ)

The Spartans (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Horizon Honors (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 8-4 record. In their last challenge, Horizon Honors nudged Leading Edge Academy - GEC (Gilbert, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
