September 10, 2022: La Mirada, CA 90638 The La Mirada Matadores topped the visiting Jordan Panthers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Matadores now have a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mary Star of the Sea for a non-league test on Saturday, September 10. La Mirada will confront a Stars team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Diamond Bar (Diamond Bar, CA). The Stars record now stands at 12-3.
The Panthers (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Segerstrom (Santa Ana, CA). The Jaguars enter the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Segerstrom was knocked off by La Canada (La Canada, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
