The crowd at Sunday's non-league contest between the Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD) and the visiting Riverdale Baptist Crusaders (Upper Marlboro, MD), observed Bishop McNamara's football squad edge Riverdale Baptist by a count of 17-14.

The Mustangs now own a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Moody for a non-league contest on Friday, September 15. Bishop McNamara will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 42-7 league win over Alexandria (Alexandria, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-0.
