September 10, 2024: Mesa, AZ 85207 The Shadow Ridge Stallions (Surprise, AZ) volleyball held off the host Red Mountain Mountain Lions (Mesa, AZ), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Stallions now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mountain Ridge for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 12. Shadow Ridge will clash with a Mountain Lions team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Cibola (Yuma, AZ). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 4-0.
With the loss, Red Mountain drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Mountain lions host Higley (Gilbert, AZ) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, September 16. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Higley lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ)
