Kentucky High School Soccer - Campbell County nudges Bourbon County
September 10, 2024: Alexandria, KY 41001 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Campbell County Camels (Alexandria, KY) and the visiting Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY), saw Campbell County's soccer squad hold off Bourbon County by a score of 1-0.
The Camels (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Walton-Verona (Walton, KY). The Bearcats enter the non-league battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, Walton-Verona was edged by Simon Kenton (Independence, KY), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Colonels confront the Scott Eagles (Covington, KY) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 17. Bourbon County will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
