New York High School Soccer - Middletown toppled by Monroe-Woodbury
September 10, 2024: Middletown, NY 10940 Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders (Central Valley, NY) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Middletown Middie Bears (Middletown, NY), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Monroe-Woodbury moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Goshen Central (Goshen, NY) to clash with the Gladiators in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Gladiators come into the test with a record of 3-0. Goshen Central won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Cornwall Central (New Windsor, NY)
The Middie Bears now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Kingston for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. Middletown will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Newburgh Free Academy (Newburgh, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
