Washington High School Volleyball - Woodland can't get by La Center
September 10, 2024: La Center, WA 98629 La Center Wildcats (La Center, WA) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Woodland Beavers (Woodland, WA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, La Center advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Kalama (Kalama, WA) to face the Chinooks in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 17. The Chinooks go into the test with a record of 2-0. Kalama won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Napavine (Napavine, WA)
The Beavers now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mark Morris for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. Woodland will face a Monarchs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Black Hills (Tumwater, WA). The Monarchs record now stands at 1-1.
