September 10, 2024: Flint, MI 48505 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Powers Catholic Chargers soccer squad scored a tight 6-5 win over the Catholic Central Shamrocks.
The Chargers (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Carman-Ainsworth (Flint, MI). The Cavaliers enter the Big Nine outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Carman-Ainsworth tipped Nouvel Catholic Central (Saginaw, MI), 3-2, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Shamrocks confront the St. John's Jesuit Titans (Toledo, OH) in a Central Catholic outing, on Thursday, September 12. Catholic Central will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Titans enter the outing with a 5-0 record after their 3-1 league win over De La Salle Collegiate (Warren, MI).
