Minnesota High School Soccer - Lourdes knocks off Kasson-Mantorville
September 10, 2024: Rochester, MN 55902 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Lourdes Eagles (Rochester, MN) and the visiting Kasson-Mantorville Komets (Kasson, MN), saw Lourdes's soccer squad triumph over Kasson-Mantorville by a count of 9-1.
The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lake City (Lake City, MN). The Tigers enter the Class A Section 1 battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Lake City notched a victory over Cannon Falls (Cannon Falls, MN), 4-2, in a league battle.
Next up, the Komets battle the Red Wing Wingers (Red Wing, MN) in a Class A Section 1 battle, on Saturday, September 14. Kasson-Mantorville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Wingers enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 11-0 non-league loss to Mayo (Rochester, MN).
