September 10, 2024: Flowery Branch, GA 30542 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Flowery Branch Falcons (Flowery Branch, GA) and the visiting North Oconee Titans (Bogart, GA), observed Flowery Branch's softball team get by North Oconee by a tally of 8-3.
The Falcons (3-11) will now prepare for their bout against White County (Cleveland, GA). The Warriors go into the non-league bout with a 9-7 record. In their last bout, White County tipped Chestatee (Gainesville, GA), 14-2, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Titans battle the Madison County Red Raiders (Danielsville, GA) in a 4A Region 8 bout, on Thursday, September 12. North Oconee will attempt to advance on its 10-5 season record. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 5-1 league loss to Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA).
