With the triumph, Vidalia improves its record to 7-11 on the year. The Indians host Swainsboro (Swainsboro, GA) to meet the Tigers in a 1A D-I Region 3 challenge on Thursday, September 12. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 8-7. Swainsboro won 7-0 in their recent league challenge against St. Vincent's (Savannah, GA)
The Raiders (9-7) will now prepare for their challenge against South Effingham (Guyton, GA). The Mustangs go into the non-league challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, South Effingham was routed by Wayne County (Jesup, GA), 5-3, in a non-league challenge.
