Unity Christian Lions (Decatur, IL) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Central A & M Raiders (Moweaqua, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Unity Christian advances its record to 8-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Arcola (Arcola, IL) to face the Purple Riders in a Lincoln Prairie test on Thursday, September 12. The Purple Riders go into the test with a record of 3-1. Arcola won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Tuscola (Tuscola, IL)

The Raiders now sport a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DeLand-Weldon for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. Central A & M will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cerro Gordo/Bement (Cerro Gordo, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-7.
