In Tuesday's non-league match, the Cherokee Braves (Cherokee, NC) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Nantahala Hawks (Topton, NC), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Braves battle the Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 16. Cherokee will attempt to move on its 11-1 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 5-6 record after their 3-0 league win over North Henderson (Hendersonville, NC).
