North Carolina High School Volleyball - Mountain Island Charter over Corvian Community

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Mountain Island Charter Raptors volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Corvian Community Cardinals.

The Raptors (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC). The Bears come into the Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Bradford Prep was beaten by Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cardinals meet the Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC) in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Corvian Community will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Pride come into the battle with a 9-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC).
