September 10, 2024: St. Louis, MO 63110 Gateway Tech Jaguars (St. Louis, MO) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Vashon Wolverines (St. Louis, MO), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Gateway Tech improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Hancock (St. Louis, MO) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 11. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 0-2.
The Wolverines now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Collegiate Medicine & Bioscience for a Class 2 District 4 test on Thursday, September 12. Vashon will encounter a squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Hazelwood Central (Florissant, MO). The record now stands at 2-1.
