With the win, Santa Cruz Valley improves its record to 2-5 on the season. The Dust Devils travel to Gilbert Classical Academy (Gilbert, AZ) to face the Spartans in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 11. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 4-1. Gilbert Classical Academy lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Rancho Solano Prep (Scottsdale, AZ)
The Eagles now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. Santa Rita will face a Sentinels squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to San Manuel (San Manuel, AZ). The Sentinels record now stands at 0-5.
