Sonora Raiders (La Habra, CA) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Don Lugo Conquistadores (Chino, CA), 14-0 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Sonora improves its record to 11-1 on the season. The Raiders host Canyon (Anaheim, CA) to play the Comanches in a battle on Monday, September 15. The Comanches go into the battle with a record of 12-1. Canyon won 25-14 in their recent league battle against Cypress (Cypress, CA)

The Conquistadores now have a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Downey for a non-league match on Saturday, September 13. Don Lugo will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 38-6 non-league win over Corona (Corona, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 12-3.
